You know those baskets lil_me mentions.. well I have one of those full of odd socks.. and 2 ironing baskets AND a tesco crate!!!! It is a little overwhelming now!

I have 2 huge drawstring bags for undies.

I have a trick for big mountains of odd socks.
I collect them in a basket until it's full.

Then I get the kids together and promise them 10 p. for every match they make. They tip the whole basket out on the couch, and they sort while I stand at the blackboard (door painted with blackboard paint) and write down who's matched how many pairs.

Works like a charm. (about the only thing that does around here!)

It does cost me a little, but it gets the kids going without a doubt.

I tried that.. they are even lazier than I am! Plus we have so many they'd end up with £10 each!

I'll make DH do it.. he's cheap!

25 more things added to ebay.. thats another binbag to go hopefully! Just another large pile to do and I'm sorted.. I wish I had my glasses already my head is going to fall off if I sit here at the pc much longer.. I have the brightness turned right down as well.

My under stair cupboard is looking great.. everything neatly stacked and the door even closes!

I've just mentally found some more stuff to ebay.. Shorty has outgrown loads of her stuff and most of it is Next.. that'll shift!.. Off to put them all to bed and dig through her drawers!

Thanks for that Moggins - hope you feel better after a good nights rest!

Everyone seems to be suffering at the moment (or their littles). DD2 is still grotty but I think the cold has started to come out now. DD1 is still feeling bit grotty but is covering that up by being a pain in the bum! Dh is now out of bed but still finding it hard going breathing, I guess chest infection with ashma is not a good mix! I too have felt grotty all day and therefore little has been done.

    Done List

    Hoovered downstairs & Stairs
    Cleaned upstairs loo
    Showered, washed hair, straightened
    Swish & Swiped kitchen
    Fed littles tea
Bathed and bedded (DH did story tonight and they are both snooring!)
Got letters done cancelling credit cards that we havent used for about 4 years!
    Posted conservatory IWA off

Tomorrow we have a busy morning. Have another removal company coming to quote. Also have our buyers surveyor coming round  . Am so worrying about this. So will be...

Quick flick round everywhere in the morning.
Make marinade for chicken for tea
Take chicken out of freezer - DONE
    Hide ironing basket somewhere :o

Thats as far as I can think at the moment, think it may be an early night.

I did my dailies: 2 loads of washing done and dried, DW on and used the SC to make soup for dinner and the BM to make a french loaf to go with it then legged it off out with dh and the lo's!:D
