I have sent the plea form back yesterday, I had ticked the 'guilty' box (aggh!) because its the truth, so what else could I do. I wouldnt lie anyway. The hearing is on the 1st February.
I could say at this point that I wont open the door to them, speak to them or sign anything ever again - but thats never gonna happen because I am now paying it and have been since October and I am upto date and plan to keep it that way.0 -

Imprisoning TV Licence Evaders no longer happens in this country. It's reserved for parking on a yellow line and other such henious offences. You'll be classed with all the muggers, thieves, child rapists and all the others who are let off with a fine or community service!"There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0

Why not ask for direct benefit deductions?Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
