Is this any different to the 5 bars for £1 offered most of the time in my local co-op?

Where's your co-op? Mine only had 4 packs!

I don't eat Mars Bars for enjoyment though.....I eat them purely for energy after swimming or walking etc. :rotfl:

I can remember when a bar of CDM was 5p! That was the old style flat bar, not this chunky rubbish. [/oldlady]

Eh might be due to difference in geography. I know somethings can be dearer depending on where you live :D

At present I think a mars would cost between 40-50p depending where you got it. Petrols £1.30 a litre. Milks 90p for 2l. Pack of gum is 45p :O (I remember when that was dirt cheap too).

Those are the only things I can really think of without quoting supermarket prices!

Where the heck are you shopping!...I bought a Snickers bar the other day from the garage...65p!!! Most chocolates I see for sale (Mars,Lion,Kit Kat ect) are around 65p a bar...

I remember getting 12p a week pocket money,a copy of Look In comic was 4p,bag of penny chews was 8p....AND I had to clean my room to earn it too!:D

Just local shops now and again if i fancy chocolate or something. I tend not to buy multipacks as invariably, you just end up eating them :rotfl:
