Hi Amersall,
I have just spoke to Barclay Card they said they had received the letter but said that I didnt have PPI until I had told them when I cancelled it. They then said they were looking at the new card I had been supplied and I did actually have had PPI on my old card.
So I should hear something by the end of the month.
