I now have all 3 PDF files about complaining but can I add them on here for all to see, if so how do I upload them. There is such thing as Universal Justice and the eyes of truth are forever watching you.0

If you scroll to the bottom of the page and read the info in Posting Rules it will say if you can post attachments. If it says you can't you would need to post a link to a location on the web where they are available.0

I've heard so many stories about ATOS twisting the answers given by claimants...perhaps if enough of us complain they might take it seriously and do something about it.
Just got my report, Half of what i said has not been inculded, They turned it into a postive glowing report TWISTED what i have said. It was very well worded they played on me not being myself.Jan Wins: .0 -

I know if I ask them for it it will either never happen or just take months to turn up. Thinking about it , they havent given me a reply to any of the correspondence from me . They have also told the DWP that they have never recieved any correspondence from me. gypsyjanet

You can now request that your assessment be recorded. Atos have to provide the audio equipment.
I have just had them call me to re-arrange a medical because they can't provide the equipment, this is absolutly true about the recording of medicalsI always take the moral high ground, it's lovely up here...0 -

lol... the recording equipment.. unbelievable.... but wait.. this is ATOS we're talking about. Hopefully lots of people will request such recordings.
If possible can you let us know whether you are asked to sign up to any declarations regarding the use of your copy of your the audio recording or such.

Good luck!
From what I've heard Atos, who gets £100 million a year of taxpayers money, don't have sufficient sets of recording equipment to go round so consequently there's a possibility of ones WCA being delayed until Atos can arrange for the equipment to be shipped to your assessment centre. You're also asked to sign an undertaking that you will not publish the recording or publish transcribed notes of the recording......I wonder why!!!!!
Also it appears the DWP aren't too keen on rolling out and communicating this safeguard to "customers" of Atos as this question from Chris Rune shows.
Chris Ruane: To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions how recordings of work capability assessments (WCAs) are provided to claimants; and what steps he is taking to increase claimants' awareness that WCAs may be recorded. [98996]
Chris Grayling: As the 1 February 2012, Official Report, columns 291-2WH states, we have not implemented universal recording for claimants going through the Work Capability Assessment.
20 Mar 2012 : Column 648W
However, claimants can request an audio recording by contacting the Benefit Centre which administers their claim or Atos Healthcare directly. In these circumstances Atos Healthcare will, where possible, endeavour to provide the requisite audio recording equipment which will give each party a CD recording of the assessment.
A process guide is currently being agreed by Atos Healthcare and the Department for Work and Pensions to improve claimant awareness of the steps they should take if they wish to request audio recording of their assessment.

In light of the above post I'd suggest making covert recording...the declaration sounds worryingly restrictive. If it were me I'd additionally refuse to sign the undertaking and see how they react to that..lol.. knowing that I was recording that too..lol"Do not attribute to conspiracy what can adequately be explained by incompetence" - rogerblack0

Even though Atos and Grayling and his mob aren't too keen on advertising the fact that WCAs can be recorded I think that Atos so called "healthcare professionals" may well be more careful in what they say during the assessment and what they put in their report if the whole process is recorded. For example if you tell the so called "healthcare professional" and it is recorded that you cannot walk more than 50m and then in their report the so called "healthcare professional" writes that the claimant said they have no problem walking round a supermarket then you have a good case to question the validity of the report and the integrity of the so called "healthcare professional". I would also still encourage a claimant to also take along a friend to take copious notes before during and after the assessment. Don't forget the Atos "customer experience" begins with the receptionist and the ill-equipped waiting rooms!!!0
