Atos complaints procedure

Can anyone give me the information of the complaints procedure for Atos ?
I know if I ask them for it it will either never happen or just take months to turn up. Thinking about it , they havent given me a reply to any of the correspondence from me . They have also told the DWP that they have never recieved any correspondence from me. gypsyjanet

    Thanks le73 but experience dictates that I have a record of all comunications so I do everything by letter. I also have a phobia about phoning people I dont know.

    I've heard so many stories about ATOS twisting the answers given by claimants...perhaps if enough of us complain they might take it seriously and do something about it.

    You can now request that your assessment be recorded. Atos have to provide the audio equipment.
