Poundland Bargain Thread - post your finds here!

not sure if any has mentioned it but the best thing to buy from poundland is a pack of 4 cloths (variety of colours in the pack - usually blue, yellow, pink, green) which are BRILLIANT around the house. kitchen, bathroom etc the cloths work well!
any of course, they're only a pound!

I buy these from a 99p shop in Barking at 8 for £1 - turned out to be invaluable whilst decorating. :beer: :j

Was in the Leeds pound shop yesterday and got these really sweet Snoopy tops for girls. They were from H&M and had been between £4 and £6 depending on the size. There were sizes from 4-6 months up to 12-18 months but were generous sizes.

Today in Lincoln:

Lots of Winnie the Pooh baby/toddler stuff - bottles, bibs, cutlery etc.

And Pooh-shaped tins of mallows and chocs (saw them in Boots at Christmas) in date until July 07.

Went into Norwich Poundland and they had loads of Letts revision books and question and answer books for GCSE and KS3. Saw Maths, Science and French, but probably had others. Said RRP £4.99.

I've been to Poundland today, and bought the GCSE Maths Intermediate book. From memory, they also have the Maths Higher, ICT, Geography, Business Studies, and a couple of Science (Double Award, and Biology).
