Does your mum have a mortgage or do you rent your home?

If you rent you should be able to get LHA or HB depending on whether you privately rent or rent from the council as well as CTB.

Like everyone else had said you should claim ESA & DLA if you have care/mobility needs as that's what DLA is based on rather than your condition.

I'm so sorry that you lost your job hun (hugs) you are certainly having a rough time lately.

Please try not to worry too much (easier said than done I know) as you need to concentrate on yourself & getting better xx

The house is morgaged dad pays half and social pay mums half. I hate the thought of claiming benifits because I enjoy working:(

I need help getting in and out the bath and some times bed because due to the pressure on my brain my balance isnt brilliant , I need help reading some times because I have lost 90% vision in my right eye. when my head is really bad I can barely move and get admitted into hospital.

I can't walk to far due to a leg injury thats not healed properly and am also due an operation on my bladder in summer time. As well as the surgery in feb/march for my brain condition x
