Another Pyramid Con

you say that there are now 500 charts this means 250 people have received £23k.
For everybody already on these charts on levels 2,3,4 to get their money back will require £161,000,000, which in turn will require 53,666 to invest on 3,354 charts.
given these basic facts how long do you honestly think it will take to crash with 7 people in every chart losing their money?
This level would leave a min of 3500 people losing a total of £10.5 million
One more level would leave 7000 then, 14000 etc
That is just frightening! Thanks for providing some information about how this particular scheme is set-up. This is more than giveandtake ever did.
I take it these "charts" are some sort of sub-division of the main pyramid, and I suppose it's designed that way to confuse anyone who wants to know the truth about how the scam works. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
How I wish I had £3k to throw away and didn't have the brain power to realise the flaws in this scheme."Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art."

the chart divides in two at every pay out as below
1 gets paid 23k
11
1111
11111111 when this level pays 3k each
then
1 + 1 they get paid 23k
11 + 11
1111 + 1111
8 mugs required + 8 mugs required when these levels pay 3k each
Then 2 charts becomes 4 and so on.0 -

Why dont you check out Bath Courts where we have received all the paperwork to say we are legal!!

I'd love to see a document from 'Bath Courts' that says that pyramid schemes are legal - how would I go about doing that? Any Ideas?0 -

Perhaps "giveandtake" could provide a copy of this document as they have suggested this? If no copy appears then we must assume that no such document exists.
This is a scam dear peeps. Pay no attention to daft unsubstantiated claims.

Its a scam, but because people have seen the colour of the other seven peoples money, its like a drug and they get hooked on it, like a drug it will take time for the to realise this...
The old saying you can lead a horse to water but cannot make it drink springs to mind.
Its like the blind leading the blind, they are all seated with fingers crossed trying to bribe others from different charts as new mugs are getting harder to find.
Lets hope people learn from there mistakes in the aftermath when it all goes belly up.0 -

.
Sounds like its become saturated and will fall like a house of cards soon, leaving many people £3000 out of pocket and very bitter.
A costly lesson in terms of money and ripped apart friendships/families.0 -
I see it's all gone quiet on the giveandtake front. She has either seen the error of her ways and is trying to make amends by paying back all that money, or she might me assisting the local constabulary in their enquiries. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Tonight's Watchdog featured Lindi Mngaza from the Apprentice seemingly running a pyramid scheme, as can be seen here:-
http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/watchdog/2008/11/pyramid_gifting.html
Lindi came into the studio for an interview and she came out with the old arguments that she wasn't doing anything illegal, she had checked with a solicitor that the scheme was pukka, and that everyone would not only get their money back but everyone would make a profit. Stupid deluded woman. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
As there are now specific laws against this, what are the chances of her getting the jail time she deserves?
Cheers, Des.0
