Winter Fuel Allowance
My household has 2 qualifiers and the remittances came in shared between us. I suggested it would be fairer if the bill payer got the allowance with the consent of the other qualified persons. This was refused and deemed illegal. Doesn't it look absurd if say in an old people's home there are 20 elderly persons and each receiving £10 each including the bill payer.
