I too have a problem. I bought some stuff and I am getting the uncleared message. It says it will be cleared on the 14th March. I haven't changed my account and one went through straight away in January. Any ideas?0

As far as im aware (how paypal explained it to me) if you havent got any balance on your pp account and the transaction is paid thru paypal via debit / credit card, then it goes through as an e cheque whilst the transaction is in process.
so in effect this allows paypal to keep hold of your money for a couple of weeks and gain interest on your money.Give blood - its free0 -
