Generally, it's impossible to say without knowing how much and where she calls.I am with orange so was looking at orange.
Have a phone could use.
Doesn't want to not spend much. What is the best options for best value for money. Use talk more.
Sim only/PAUG.
However if it is mainly Orange and just a few numbers, it is worth considering any PAYG and using Magic Numbers
I think the cheapest calls to other numbers are on 'Racon', but on 'Canary' you get some 100 free minutes for £10 top up.0 -
Thanks wants to use it as a main phone, so as much UK mins ect as possible x x0

I don't think that Orange is the best network for 'as much as possible'.
Unlimited calls to landlines cost £6 at chitter-chatter (t-mobile).
Unlimited to mobiles? Well, if you wish:baby_frogmella wrote: »if you're willing to pay around £50 per month, then the Vodafone One Net Express Sim only contract offers unlimited calls to UK mobiles/landlines as well as unlimited calls to 0844/0870/0845/0871 numbers. Probably good value for money if you're a very heavy user. Its normally available only to business users direct from Vodafone but there are some resellers who sell to non business customers at a slightly cheaper price:

£46 for unlimited calls (includes unlimited texts) on a rolling one month contract
Hope this helps

Have a look at Quidco's cashback payments for the various networks' SIM-only deals.
I got a SIM with 300 mins/mo for £5/mo on a 12-month contract, but there are lots of other tariffs/packages. The cashback amounts change quite frequently, so if you get a fair bit less than a 50% discount it might be worth waiting a few days to see if a better deal comes along...0
