Cancelling Contract (URGENT HELP NEEDED)

My contract is with Orange for an iPhone 4s. The monthly payment is £46 and for that I get 900 minutes, unlimited text and 1GB internet access.
I ordered online on the 9th January and received the phone on the 11th January.
I have had the phone for a week now and I have decided that I do not like this phone.
I have not received any contract terms and conditions yet so I cannot refer to them.
Is there a 14 day period in which the phone can be returned and the contract cancelled? If so what is the best reason to give?

You can cancel within 7 days of delivery under the distance selling reg's. I'm not aware that Orange give any more time than that.0

You are lucky that it is 14 days at Orange - more than compulsory 7 working days under the DSR.

You don't have to give them a reason - but saying you can't get on with it is likely to be the best way of being talked out of it...0 -

It's probably the most generous returns policy around. In the unfortunate event that you would like to return your new purchase from Orange.co.uk or the Orange Telesales team please contact us within 14 days to arrange....
...
If we process the return for you the account will be terminated immediately and an amended bill will be produced for you. You will be charged for any usage and the line rental on your price plan during the time you have had the equipment.
We will then send you a pre-addressed special delivery bag for you to return all of the equipment back in. This must be returned within 30 days from contacting us as we reserve the right to charge you for any equipment not returned or returned outside of this time scale. Please retain your proof of posting....0
