hi littlebit, ive never made wedding invites, but if you google "handmade wedding invites" in google images loads come up and you can get some inspiration from there.

www.pdacardandcraft.co.uk is a good place to look for plain invites and they can send samples for a very cheap price. for actual gsm of card, i would say 200-250gsm is a good place to start

Now don't anyone be too shocked but
    I
    MADE
    A
    CARD
    !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
First one in about 6 months - there's a piccy on FB for those who are friends (and thanks Marg for the embossing folder)
    Now.....
I have to make another card today and had it in my head to make a jubilee coloured one with a beach-hut on but the digi-stamp I own (little Musings one) has a seagull on the top and my friend has a bird-phobia surpassing mine,

Does anyone know where I could get a nice plain line drawn beach-hut from?
    Or anything else jubillicious?

    TIA
    Louisa

Can you not slip a little scrap paper under where the seagull in so it doesn't print onto the card but the scrap paper maybe?
