Making Cards - Ideas (part 6)

hi littlebit, ive never made wedding invites, but if you google "handmade wedding invites" in google images loads come up and you can get some inspiration from there.
www.pdacardandcraft.co.uk is a good place to look for plain invites and they can send samples for a very cheap price. for actual gsm of card, i would say 200-250gsm is a good place to start0 -

Could you tell me a good "gsm" for paper i was thinking of mounting a piece on the card and wanted some that is quite thick or feels expensive if that makes sense

Hello!
I've emailed some updated lists today if you haven't heard from me please get in touch.............0 -
Now don't anyone be too shocked but
I
MADE
A
CARD
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
First one in about 6 months - there's a piccy on FB for those who are friends (and thanks Marg for the embossing folder)
Now.....
I have to make another card today and had it in my head to make a jubilee coloured one with a beach-hut on but the digi-stamp I own (little Musings one) has a seagull on the top and my friend has a bird-phobia surpassing mine,
Does anyone know where I could get a nice plain line drawn beach-hut from?
Or anything else jubillicious?
TIA

Plan B is to make a union jack inspired one - agin I'm struggling to find a digi. I did find a nice stamp set somewhere but I've lost it and anyway I need to make it today (the birthday in question was on Friday - oopsy0

Found a digi stamp that will do
http://www.pinkgemdesigns.com/catalog/union-jack-digi-stamp-p-948.html
but would really like a beach hut (in general but also in stamp form)0 -
Can you not slip a little scrap paper under where the seagull in so it doesn't print onto the card but the scrap paper maybe?0
