    They may pay back 6 years,as i said before,you will need statements to prove ppi before this time.

    Ah but that's my point, i only have statements for one year from 99-2001 with a few 2004 ones too. I cancelled my card in 2005 so there is no 6 year period for them.
    So what im asking is will they only go on the statements that i have?

    They will look at the statements you have and could average the rest,you wont know until you put the claim in.
