DH forgot about Good Friday so it's fish two days in a row for us!

Lovely last day at work and although I wish I'd finished a little earlier it was satisfying to finish my project! Was spoiled rotten with little outfits for LO and Boots vouchers, very generous and very unexpected Am pleased to be done - bring on the sofa for me for a few days, can't wait to ditch the work gear and just wear big pants everyday!

Emsbet, take it easy, you're a pregnant lady! I had a lot of ligament pain because I tried to do too much, still get it sometimes if I've been busy. Rest up!

Lol at flutterby, I do find pregnancy simultaneously gross and fascinating! :rotfl:

I'm currently cooking toad in the hole- never made it before so hope it's ok!

Worked out that I've got 27 days left at work, can't wait to finish. I know I'm only 30 weeks but I'm already sooooo ready to finish!

BB don't worry I've packed my bags for the weekend and tea is in the oven. Now going to relax for the evening and leave the washing up for the morning.

I love toad in the hole but DH does so I never have it. He likes sausages and Yorkshire puds but doesnt like toad in the hole. Fussy so and so.

I've just put my cauliflower cheese in and going to have it with a crusty roll or something equally boring. Looking forward to the OBEM later though I do prefer watching squishy babies than toddlers.

Right, seems busy day here!

So, I had my acupuncture, and since it was nice and sunny day I called OH and suggested to lunch together. So, I drove up to Thornton and we had fish and chips. I stopped at garden centre for a short stroll and then at Mothercare. And - success! I got the dress. Now just need to get some maternity tights. Got home just before 4pm, and thought we could have dinner in the park nearby, and OH was up for it. So, I quickly cut the grass, made some pasta salad and fruit salad, and off I went to the park. Had a stroll to the pond, OH caught up with me on the way, we fed the ducks and geese, had our dinner, and got home just half an hour ago!!! I am knackered, instead of walk I just wobbled back to the car, now sat on the sofa with a cup of camomile.

Evening all!

Well, exciting news, some of you may know from facebook but I have permission to post it on here..............

Snoopy's little baby Girl Isabella was born at 10.02pm last night weighing in at 6lbs 5.5ozs! mum and baby are both fine and hoping to be discharged tomorrow. I'm gutted though, I missed text inviting me to go visit this evening until it was too late going tomorrow though!

Happydays, the other day I was usuing up bits from the freezer and had cauliflower cheese with quorn sausages and a jacket spud lol!

Midwife went fine today, BP etc. all ok but she wasn't sure about baby's position so she sent me for a scan. For once the little monster is behaving relatively well and is head down but back to back. Still not engaged though. Can't believe Snoopy was originally due 4 days before me and has had her baby and I could potentially be another 5 weeks yet!

And now I've seen the size of your bump I'm going to be in even more awe of all the things you are doing. You make me giggle the way you say you were going for tea but you thought you would just quickly cut the lawn. You are superwoman!!!!
