Meh, I'm okay thanks for asking. I'm a little sore because I walked (waddled?) down to the local shops earlier and they are about half a mile away. I'm thinking any exercise is good exercise. Consultant in the morning (9am).

Thanks to those who put their changing bag pictures up....although I am now even more stuck! Glad I'm not the only bag lady!
