I understand exactly what you mean hon, look after yourself, you are number one (and bubs too of course). Your OH is prob right, why not just do a couple of days a week and take the last 3 months off to rest then, maybe a good compromise.
Yeah I know I need to give it a go. I'll email the woman in a bit. The most I would next week would be mon-thurs because DH will be off Good Friday.
Emsbet - I can't imagine you to be shy!!! Just do what you feel is right about the agency work. I understand what you say about wanting to earn your own money but you need to balance that up with the fact you are having a baby and you are nearly half way through. Only you can decide.

I'm better than I used to be. I'm not shy when I get to know people (and strangely I can be super confident at interviews), I just take a while to get comfortable with people.
I hadn't even thought about been nearly halfway through!!!!

I'm watching "bringing home baby" but the woman on there has the most annoying voice! It's like Karen from Will and Grace but 100% worse! I'm going to have to turn it off! Now what will I watch?!

I think this forum gets more surreal every day lol.

Anyone else at my sort of stage getting a really hurting bump after a nights sleep? I am waking up every morning at the minute with a horrible ache, where I have been slept on my side and it "hangs" (only way I can describe it) - even though I support it, she is always in a really hard lump in one place and as soon as I try to move it hurts! x x x

Hi snoopy, yep i get the hanging bump feeling even though its being supported. I think its also giving me back ache as well cos I'm getting up feeling really sore in the lower back. That plus having to wake myself up just to turn around whilst sleeping is giving me an awful time sleeping. Ah well only 2 weeks til due and hopefully no longer!

I tell you what, this thread sometimes gets a bit weird for me! And that's saying something!

Have a good day all, off to see midwife later, hopefully my bump has grown this time rather than shrunk!

Are you asking about me? I haven't failed a single interview I had, OH can't quite believe it, but I am very shy with people otherwise. It takes a long time to me to get to know someone or call them a friend! So much so, that I haven't met anyone or made any friends or acquaintances since we moved here nearly 4 years ago!

I am planning to go to meet other twin mums and babies on Monday, and I am scared!

Just had a nap on the sofa for an hour, and I can say I need more!! Will try and think of some lunch, and then go back to my new residence place - sofa...

Not just me then!! I've had it since 30ish weeks! I try to wake up a bit earlier so i don't have to get up straight away, once i manage to shuffle up and sit on the bed for a few minutes it goes away.

I've had an awful night's sleep until 2. The heartburn i'm getting at the moment feels more like a heart attack! No burning feeling just sharp stabbing pain, very similar to a gallstone attack. At 2 i finally gave in and took an industrial anount of gaviscon and it calmed down enough for me to sleep. Until 6 when baby decided to do her favourite "i'm a starfish!" impersonation when she pokes me simultaneously with all her 4 limbs - really hard! And then wriggles. Dh finds it hilarious.

Oh dont be scared Gin. Before you meet these people you will already have something in common with them and that is a good basis for friendship. I like how you say your new residence is the sofa. That is funny!!!
