There's also the issue whether a 12 year old is able to recognise and deal with the sick people that like to hang around kids in swimming pools to keep themselves safe, never mind a smaller sibling.

I am guessing the PC brigade have popped out this new policy. However I would ask to see this policy in writing, I am betting they cannot produce such a rule else it would be signposted at the paypoint.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A
