And as we speak I have farmers and food suppliers chanting my name in the streets as they try to knock my door down and lynch me for daring to want as cheap food as possible.
I have the waterboard and oil companies and teachers wanting to hire a hit man to plug me for also wanting their services cheaper.

The thing is though with POSSIBLY the exception of fuel, these services are top notch in this day and age.
The only thing that stinks is housing.

I would fight to have MORE housing built and better specs, with air source or ground heating, and try and design something more attractive than the !!!!! we have built for the last 30 years.

YOU on the other hand want property to remain in short supply and the quality sub standard in order to THINK you are doing well in life or because you over borrowed in the past decade, I suspect the latter

At the end of the day house prices will not be crashing.
It doesnt really matter what any of the HPC idiots say or post anywhere.

They are now in the same group as people saying the world will explode in Jan 2015, the Twin Towers was set up by George Bush or we didn't land on the moon.

If you met them in real life you would be shocked. Unemployed, drinkers, druggies or failed losers with a chip on their shoulder.

The internet has given this type a soap box they would not get normally.

Treat them for what they are.

At the end of the day every renter feels inferior to a home owner. HPC was their crutch. They all clubbed together and convinced themselves they would be as good as normal people. Now that has been kicked from under them and they are back in the gutter.

Good riddence. Hope they stay there now.

Im getting the feeling hes in the 5hit financially and cant sell it for any less than he needs to pay off his debts.

Its now been on the market for 3 months and all that he has gained from his snazzy rent to buy scheme is letting everybody know hes in the 5hit.

Hopefully one day i will own my own home and i hope that day comes soon because i am desperate to spit in a renters face.

If you think about it, normal people meet a woman, fall in love and then get married. You had to buy a wife, so by my reckoning you are the renter of the relationship world.

When you next see your mrs ask her to spit in your face, because technically she won.
