I've never had a problem with Car Phone Warehouse or the Link but I always follow this procedure just in case.
1. Always use recorded or special delivery
2. Always send the original bill AND keep a photocopy (although they do accept the photocopy)
3. Always send a covering letter.
4. Get a cerificate of posting and a receipt from the post office.
5. And, above all, send the letter and bill straight away, don't delay!0
