So what about Travelodge then, they have signs up all over the place saying
'If you are found to be or have smoked in our premises this carries a £90 fine'
legal or not?
I wonder how Travelodge get the smell of mildew back in their rooms after somebody has masked it with tobacco smoke. Perhaps this essence of mildew costs £90.Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!0 -

I complained in Sainsburys but my points fell on deaf (and pretty stupid) ears.
It was actually Sainsburys where I saw the sign using the word "fine". Seems they do not really take much notice of the law.0
