Right i am panicking a bit now. It appears that I should have received an email after requesting my withdrawal, saying that it is a requirement that you have to email id (eg passport or driving licence) with a picture on. I never received an email saying this, but apparently they cant process the withdrawal without it.
Other half is not too happy me doing this as he has concerns regarding ID fraud.
What do you think? is this safe to do? would you do it?0 -

Nope - I still think the whole thing looks very odd. Who exactly are these people? Take a look at the 'about us' and see if you feel any happier. I didn't.0 -
Thank you for that reply. I have decided I am just going to walk away from this one now. I'm not sending any id and I am not going to reply to any emails should I get them. If my £48 is in Moneybookers by the middle of the week, well all well and good and I will be delighted, but if it isn't then I have lost nothing.
I intend closing down the Moneybookers account in a weeks time as its not something I would use generally anyway.
I will be reading this forum in interest though to see how other people have got on with their withdrawals. I'm hopefully just being over-cautious!!0 -
Well I won on Friday and didn't receive an email!
I'm sceptical as to whether they will pay out but I'm not concerned that this is a con!
If we get the money, great. If not, nothing lost!
I reckon it will cost them about £120,000!0 -
I also won on Friday and havent had an email asking for ID.
I'll be pleasantly surprised if we do get the money, but we just have to wait and see, dont we.Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:
