I won 38.00 should I play it safe and use neteller (and give v. personal info like passport no!!!) or try moneybookers and cross fingers that they will pay out. Pls help I have the page up now.

And do I have to join before I press button on the bingo website or will it give me chance to do it then .... thx for your help I have no idea about these things!
