Funny to watch when at the next set of lights 4 muscle bound black guys with baseball bats jump out and rip apart the offending brake tester.

Why the need to pick out skin colour? Not bigoted at all are we?

    Because I saw it happen?

    Middle of Wolverhamption IIRC
The car was a BMW X5, black with blacked out windows and 21inch alloys, 4 heavily sun tanned gentlemen jump out, 1 goes to the boot, opens up a large "tool box" and pull out 4 metal baseball bats.....

The brake tester had cut them up at the traffic island just prior to this, they reacted by simply flashing their headlights, he reacted back by repeatedly slamming on the anchors, slowing down to10mph and giving them the middle finger.

Now it doesn't take a genius to look at that car and work out the sort of people who are gonna be driving it, does it?

Nobody had any sympathy for this f**kwit, we all just drove on and left them to it :rotfl:

  • Rather than brake testing the moron behind you, what you should do is gather evidence and report it to the police.

I've seen someone driving around with a video camara mounted to the dashboard. So something similar would be required.

Not sure how easy this would be, the cost or whether the police would accept the evidence. Maybe some of the offenders fine should be paid to the victim to encourage more reporting / recover the costs.

    The problem would soon end.

I bet he was trying it for a insurance scam for him and his kids kids=more money. and yes believe it or not there are people that would put there kids in harms way to earn a quick quid, I see it all the time as a HGV driver

Someone I know was the victim of an insurance scam but taken to a new level. They stopped at a roundabout. The car in front of them was also stopped. The car in front then reversed into them. There was nothing they could do as there was another car behind so they couldn't reverse themselves. Because there were no witnesses (no-one else stopped), the accident went down as the fault of the person I know!

No matter how close somebody is behind you and however much of an !!!! they are, brake testing them is inexcusable.

Yes, nobody should ever be up to close behind, but brake testing doesn't help the innocent guy coming the other way, or the pedestrian on the pavement who may be caught up in any shunt.

Agreed. When I've got a real !!!!! behind me, I just pull over at the next layby/driveway/safe place. It's not worth driving along stressing about some idiot behind you - life's too short.

And THIS is why I have an on board video camera.

Tell us more, where do you buy it from, how much, where is it located on your car, how is it fixed, etc.

We don't have black guys! Too chilly for them.

I've got a life, thank you very much. And while in a later post Strider590 says it's because that's what he saw, the original post just reads as a generalisation.
