May not be ideal but it might save the hassle of trying to work out which packages to accept and which ones to refuse. Will also mean you avoid the hassle of potentially accepting ones which were meant to be refused and possibly being liable for return postage costs (not sure what Debs returns policy is tbh).
refuse a delivery from hermes?! good luck with that!0 -

I suggest you uninstall your "auto fill thingy" or at least find a way to make it forget what it knows for the debenhams site.
I have used it several times in the last few days and it is definitely correct. They even accepted that it had somehow been changed in their system. I might not be the only one it has happened to, maybe just the only one to come here.0 -

Well of course you can refuse to accept delivery, it would be difficult if your "A not at home customer" and it's left in a safe place or with a neighbour though.
I'm not very happy when companies suggest the customer refuses to accept delivery, that means they mess up and don't want to pay the courier, the customer has no return receipt and if something went missing the customer has to wait even longer for a refund.
Secondly it doesn't make for good relations between courier and customer for future deliveries.
At the moment it's free delivery and free returns I believe, so it's some effort but no cost to customers.0
