02 numbers

A couple of months ago I tried to get O2 to give me a new SIM for an old PAYG number I had because it's SIM had died. I very rarely used that number, and they asked me for numbers I'd called or texted from it. When I tried giving them numbers that had called me, they claimed they couldn't see that information on their system. I find it hard to believe they don't log that information, but getting it would seem difficult.0

I don't think the frontline CS agents have access to that info. It is available to other sections, I can see every call every made on a line, but I'm not frontline and CS don't have anywhere need the access level and systems that I do.0

There are very few people that will be authorised to see calls made TO a specific number. Even the police need to jump through a Judge's hoops to be able to get access to this sort of information.0

Of course, as the handset logs the numbers dialle anyway, a look in the call log (unless cleared) is the easiest way to find out.0

Yes - the call log is an option, but I'm guessing that if the OP was able to get the numbers that he was after as easily as that, he would have already done it? The call log on a phone obviously won't show withheld/private numbers etc.
I really suppose it depends what the numbers are needed/going to be used for - and at this moment, we're only speculating.0
