Can somebody help with OSPS cashback vouchers

Hi,

I am about to send my 1st claim after 4 months but realised that i havent got the vouchers sent to me. I did extensive search on this website but got mixed answers. I read somewhere on this website that they donot require vouchers to be sent to them now????

Can some body please advice me?
Have any of you guys got extra vouchers or pdf version?
Do they know whom they have sent pdf vouchers by email or not?

I have mine online but I dont know how to transfer it.
I dont know if they keep records but its worth trying and if they knock you back bluff it after all they onus should have been on them to have sent the vouchers to you.

OSPS did this to me.

When I contacted them they said 'tough ****' - you should have contacted us within 14 days - failing to tell me that this info was on the vouchers which they deliberately didnt send me!!!

In the end, I ordered another phone from them and sent it back the next day - and KEPT the new set of vouchers.

hi i think maybe u should remove your email and pm it the person instead...so many people read these threads may well be the best way.
