Hitachi finance and DFS

got a suit from dfs and finance from hitachie finance,,when suit arrived it was wrong,on advis of trading standards we contactedd hitachie straight,telling them we had problem with DFS,,we got suit took away,and DFS told us that was everythingg finished with,,wwe kept getting letters from fimanace about late /non payment etc,,we phonede DFS and hitachi and it never got sorted out,hitachi said to contact DFS which we did but DFS staff do not care about anything apaprt from DFS,,EVENTUALLY,,today after more letters from hitachi,, and bad cosstumeer service from DFS,,A HITACHI worker phoned DFS and got it sorted out,,DFS are terrible for customer service,,keep wwell away

    Personally get mine from next and never have had problems, though never needed finance for a suit!?

    I'm always puzzled by why you'd spell a word two different ways. If you think, say, accommodation's spelt with one 'm' (the commonly seen 'accomodation') I'd expect it to be spelt like that every time you use the word.

    Surely, if you're spelling something two different ways, you've got to realise that at least one of them is wrong? Well, is it Hitachi, or is it Hitachie? Does anyone care?!

    cant help it ,,you lot are so critical,maybe you should just understand not every one is perrfect like you obviously are
