Every time you enter a meter reading for gas & electric on their website their "fantastic" computer system recalculates your DD inevitably upward

Not inevitably; it keeps changing my DD to £1.00 p/m. Ruddy thing.

Are you paying by whole bill direct debit?

I never pay anything by direct debit. If I pay by cheque I keep the money until I'm satisfied that evrything is in order. Posession is nine tenths of the law.....

Yes that's what I'm now paying for my gas bill, it was previously £79 per month.

I have just had a Quick Bill from them for the period 1st March 2011 until today and my electricity usage for that period comes to £105 before VAT. I'm paying £107 per month for electricity at the moment!

I've been on to them for months about not receiving an electricity bill since I switched to them at the end of 2010, I have submitted my meter readings online yet no cigar!

Oh and there's about £2000 worth of credit in the account, that's a very nice holiday that. As soon as I get this resolves they are being ditched!

    Complete idiots!
