All calls over 2 minutes are subject to a 3 minute connection charge

From discussion I've seen elsewhere and my brief experience (very new user), there is a connection charge of 3 minutes applicable only to international calls over 2'. In other words, for an international destination costing 4p/min, after the second minute you are charged an extra 12p. The iCard website has been updated to clarify this.0
