    That is so funny, a PPC issuing "fines" for not displaying a tax disc. I would love to see one take such a case to court. But it is unlikely to happen.

    I wonder if this is a ploy by Shoal, they are not members of the BPA AOS so cant get keepers details for a parking charge, but they could do a request for for an untaxed abandoned vehicle?

    Dont make any difference about ignoring them however!

    Would be interesting to see if the OP receives anything further from them!
