25 Pounds to downgrade on Three
I signed up to a deal which provided full cashback through an independant retailer approx. 5 months ago. This was based on downgrading after 6 months, which at that point was non chargable. I have called up Three today who inform me that there is now a 25 pound charge to do this? I have been informed that the T & C's when i signed up apparaently allowed them to make this change. I have had no paperwork from them infomring me of this change. Is this allowed? Anyone had any experience of this. Apparently this charge came about in jan 07. People looking at Three deals through independant dealers should be aware of this charge! I should also point out that the charge is per drop, So if like me your on the 35 pound tarriff, you can only drop to 25 pounds first then drop to 20 pounds, hence 50 in downgrade fees. Any views or ways of having the fee waived would be appreciated. Apologies if i have replicated a similar thread.
Thanks in advance.
