Fair enough, I used to work for them and the rule is usually 14 days for a refund.
If you want to pursue it, I'd speak to customer services - they're usually pretty good.

Just a quick update. CPW phone ( google samsung nexus) despatched to Amazon buyer today plus orange san fransisco phone sent to ebay buyer.
