  • Had a really great day today:

    Worked 9 - 1.

Had a free bag of crisps at work (but wish I hadn't - they are out of date ones which we are giving away for free and they made me feel a bit sick).

Got a big tin of nice christmas biscuits reduced in the Tesco sale to £3.

Someone booked my caravan for half term :j

Checked emails and found I have been paid £20 in Amazon vouchers for doing a survey about what alcohol I drank at Christmas (which wasn't much).

Checked bank and found that Paypal money I got for selling old clothes I never wear anymore has cleared :j

Email from British Gas saying it's time to submit my meter readings. Lets see if being sparing with the gas and electric has done anything. They will send me the bill by email tomorrow, fingers crossed.

    Did all the surveys.

    Did all the competitions.

    Hi

Orandfairy, also missing Sherlock..its been brilliant and the scriptwriting top class. Very pleased about that final scene though..nice touch..or maybe I am just soppy!

Well have done all my list...amazing and very very unusual. Plus did an insurance claim form that has been hanging around for a few weeks.

Did HM dinner of leek and potato soup and pies, mash and red cabbage for tea. Disappeared pretty fast! Also used mash as topping for a shepherds pie for tomorrow. Chucked in 2 sausages left over from a cooked breakfast last week so getting through the leftovers. Also bulked it out with loads of lentils - so done what I said I would. A NSD day for me too.

Made £1.75 on the panels today and must send in a reading. That's quite a result after the last few months so hoping it stays that way.

Kids and me fed so off to grab a sneaky half hour to myself and dye my hair. Hmm..at speed..it could all go dreadfully wrong!!

    Have a good eve all
