Well I dont have the 90 mile roundtrip commute to work today as I have a hospital appointment at my local general hospital and cant eat anything before so that is a saving! however probably cancelled out by the 200 mile round trip I had to do last week to a specialist hospital where I had to pay for parking too - its free here!!

Other than that I am staying in bed as my energy levels are low

    Hi everyone

Igamogam hope you survive the starvation diet! And all goes well

Have long list of work things to do so today:

    - try and get through list of tasks
    - check banking and that OH has been paid.
    - make a PAD towards on one of the remaining CC cards. Think the discipline of doing this every day will help me get those total down before the interest free rate ends at end of year
    - more washing at 30 and dry on racks as usual
    - try and keep heating low
    - dinner from planner
    - spend time with DD1.. She needs some TLC at the moment
    - me have a NSD. OH will have some costs today I know so not an official NSD by my book ! but I can do my bit and keep our overall spend as low as it can be

And keep the house tidy. Makes such a difference to my mood!

    Hi guys

Gosh what a weekend that was - kinda glad it's Monday tbh!!!

I got such a wake-up call when I checked my banking yesterday :( Feel so silly for forgetting about a payment that still had to come out.

I am on a small-things mission this week…It's a kinda funny sensation surfing so close to the overdraft limit - haven't been here for a while y'see :( - but I've got mostly everything I need until payday next Wednesday so it should be ok. This week I just need to get a bus ticket - £9 so hoping I can get it with change from the jar - and my friend is coming over to stay on Thursday night. I was thinking about meeting her, going for food and then coming home but I might just suggest coming straight back to mine - could just give her no option about eating out/getting take away etc - if I present her with a tasty home cooked meal I'm sure she'd be fine with it… Things DFW life just takes a bit more preparation ;)

    DFW things today:

:) Made brekkie at work - not my leccy or time ;)
:) Drinking free tea at work
    :) Walking to yoga
:) Using change that was lying about for my bus fare home
:) Paid £20 into the bank from my £2 coin stash
:) HM lunch - pearl barley risotto - v cheap and cheerful, filling and tasty - what else could I need?!
:) Oatcakes and nuts from stash to snack on
:) Bit of yoga coursework - didn't do this at all over the weekend
    :) Email friend
:) Printed off a change of address form @ work
:) Getting my £5 'Monday treat' using Boots advantage points - might not even spend the whole fiver cos I'm wild like that

Just remembered I've forgotten my water bottle for yoga… Will doubly need to make sure I drink enough water throughout the day so I don't suffer later.

Catch up with everyone soon xxx
