Move up that award is mine! :rotfl::rotfl:heating is 'on' but nothing seems to be happening so I think it is 'off' but the heating bloke disagrees with me!, something is not right, off to my lovely friends for a shower / hair wash etc

  • I love being all flylady at the moment, but it is quite hard and sometimes the last thing I feel like doing after I've been at work all day. I'm shattered but the trick is not to settle for the evening until it's done.
And the house has never been cleaner.

I have let things slide a little, and did very little yesterday so really need to catch up!

Home late from work, so far have done the dailies ( emptied and loaded DW, S&S kitchen and out on a load of washing).

Looking at the lists I have also vacuumed living room, hall stairs and landing straightened living room and master bedroom.

Taking a break then back to it - house is relatively tidy but lacks the sparkle from last week. And laundry is starting to pile up again!

    Not too much achieved today.

Helped with school swimming, chemist for DH inhaler, laundry, arranged medicine (pick up from hospital Friday),
took boys to Grandmas as it is her birthday (it is a year tomorrow that she broke her hip and she still can not walk without a frame), fed everyone, cleared up.
Caught Ds1 with a PS3 game rated above his age and had to listen to his far fetched explanation.

Arrgghh am sooo tired! Just seen tomorrow's list. Not sure how much I'll get done as I've got a v. busy day but I'm just too tired to do any of it in advance tonight.
Am off for an early night.
    Sweet dreams all.

Hi guys...right, I am absolutely rubbish...working full time plus extra part time work, doing the grocery challenge, trying to lose weight by eating well, hitting the gym hard AND trying to fly is hard! but i am taking some of you good people's advice and aim for at least level 1 each day as a starter. Just did level 1 for tomorrow and have done level 1 for Monday...so I have Tuesday's and Wednesday's Level 1's to catch up on and gonna give it a go tomorrow! Shouldn't be too difficult as bedroom and living room/stairs etc are all really tidy...just dusty! wish me luck!

The exboyfriendish has been chatting with me on fb, seems he's ill and is missing me :) we'll see how long that lasts.

Got a few more days until payday, by any chance?

We survived my mother. Who slung the DDs' and my presents from one of my brothers at us. Denied that another DB and DS had also got us presents, when I know they have, and didn't give any of us a bean herself. And I bought her posh coffee without a please or thank you from her.

I do appreciate that presents are not compulsory, but I've bought flea stuff for her cat recently that saved her around £30 quid in cab fares and vet consultations, she spends very little money because she doesn't actually do anything, yet she still begrudges my brother buying me a bottle of perfume once a year.

Anyhow, breathed deeply and just let it glide over me, and Minion had been well briefed - as soon as she saw me and started moaning about why I have a nose piercing, Minion cleverly distracted her with a folder of her manga work that she had thoughtfully packed in my bag.

Then off for the next round of orthodontics, back via the sushi bar - cashed in a load of loyalty points to get it free :j: - and then home to do absolutely nothing other than cook some dinner much, much later.

So there has been no flying here either.
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.
