If you want to see white, you need to see my legs. I don't know the last time they saw the sun, but I think the Spice Girls were still together. My feet are slightly browner, mostly as a result of flopping out of the bottom of my trousers wearing sandals.
I never used to use an artificial bronzer as I was always worried I'd leave a stain mark that would look like a mole and then freak out (mel can also look like small black tatoos too, not that I have any of those). I'm more laid back these days mind. I'll use a light bronzer for temporary effect, but not a fake tan as I hate the smell.Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Us two do, wonder if any other NP are curly?I'm going unbelievably brown, a combination of forced recuperation meaning lying on the hammock on the patio and a side effect of my medication.
PM me some of that medication. Are there any other side effects?vivatifosi wrote: »If you want to see white, you need to see my legs.

In answer to hair question, I am more wavy than curly haired. I can either dry it without much brushing and it will be curly, or brush it straight while drying. As I don't really want to look like Bonnie Tyler I tend to do the latter.Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Speaking of long, i brushed some cnditioner through my hair today and found one super long hair, that went almost to my knees. Just the one, twice as long as all the rest. It was sad to have to snip it reallyit must have been with me for some time, when lots of the rest fell out (i lose hair when my head swells, and because of the thyroid business).

scientist - yep
'shrooms - yep
Herts - nope
Catholic/Jew - not married to one but lapsed of one and not the other
I'm really scared of using machines wrong in the gym, I think I need to work out the sequence of using them
Scientist = I have a science degree but I don't think that quite counts!
Mushrooms = yummy
North of the river = never ever ever
Religion = anti everything
What's scary about the machines? Most of them are easy to use, the hardest thing is getting the bike seat at the right height! When I started I just did 10 minutes on each at easy resistance for a week or so just to start getting used to it. After that I realised I wanted nothing to do with the rowing machine or the treadmill so just started building up different routines on the others, always trying to beat my last time/distance/calories burned/whatever.0 -

They are also sold as a hijab accessory, so a Muslim clothier could also be an option:

Sorry not to be able to help more. I wear a lot of long sleeve tops because of my skin but tend to buy ones that are made out of the lightest cotton when I'm in Florida.
Perfect - the ones from the first link got the ok. I should have thought to try to filter on ones in the UK
I did see that they were sold in Muslim outlets - shame my mum didn't decide that she wanted these before I stopped working next to possibly the biggest mosque in London!
Also had a classic comment - mum asked whether I was going to pay by 'pen pal' so I said that I didn't think that they took pen pals as payment, but I would pay by Pay Pal. To which she replied 'I don't know, I don't do these things do I?'. I seem to be hearing that quite a lot... my brother is looking to buy a house, and when I suggested that he might need to consider one that needs a bit of 'updating' in order to get something closer to budget/ in better location I was firmly told 'we dont DO things like that in this family'. As far as I remember we were brought up to believe we could do anything we put our minds to... and its a good job one of us has learnt to use new fangled things like paypal - I'm pretty confident that no-one round here sells flipping arm protectors as I've asked them all!
