I posted a (distant) pic of some the other day..... there's a whole TV programme that just follows lifeguards and sea rescues on the telly... I bet that's on your favourite programmes list
Generally though - they're arrogant and just ponce and pose.0 -

eye candy should just ponce and pose, otherwise whats the point in ogling. If not going to talk to them a bit of arrogance is ok, adds to the posing.0 -

As it's an MSE thread... I guess we should also fire up some sustainable beach fire and cook something we caught. Could get some mussels and seaweed.... won't catch me eating mussels though ... or, probably, seaweed... I'll be waiting for when we pass the chippy later.0 -

I used to sell cakes, but the chances of my kitchen passing an inspection now ..well, saying slim to none would be optimistic! I still haven't got a decent fridge, my under conter one only has one shelf, the bottome one, which has collapsed ontop of the crispers, making them effectively out of use. I don't want to get a fridge till i know how i want my kitchen......although at this rate might go through another fridge before the kitchen is done:rotfl:0 -
1000 per day (not discounted) and getting 120 net a few years ago.
For a very, very short while (oh, way too short!) I was on the other side of that equation, charging a colleague out at £1000 a day and paying him £120-ish. Now, the boot is on the other foot, as he is now a director at PWC's consulting arm, with a charging rate of over £1,000 an hour.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
I only charge £175 for half a days work
Maybe I need to rework my costings...0
