Mmmm. Corned beef hash, the perfect sandwich filling.
I wonder what a calzone pizza filled with corned beef hash and cheese would be like.
On the food front, I decided to have a good day today, by the time I finished dinner I had only eaten about 1,100 calories, and I did 2 x 45 minutes in the gym today, so net calorie deficit.
Then I ate a massive slice of lemon tart and a hunk of banana bread.
Ah bollox.0 -

Serious, fry the corned beef hash and have it on toast, it's all about carb combinations and saturated fat.0
