Sky charging me to move

Hi, always thought that moving with Sky was free but i've been told today i'll be charged.
Currently in a flat with my own dish with the wires going out through a hole in the wall, moving into a block of flats with a communal dish and the sockets already in the wall ready to plug it in. Sky say i'll be charged because an engineer will have to come out and do signal tests on the dish, and that because it's a communal dish it will need a different type of engineer.. I would have thought tests would have been carried out when they installed the dish but i'm not entirely sure.
I was told before by Sky that when I moved they'd come out and install a dish if needed and set it up for free. They'd obviously have to do signal checks then so i'm confused as to why they're saying they will charge me.
Does it really need a different engineer hence the charge or are they they wrong? Been given another number to call when I have a moving date. Have the full Sky TV package with HD, very tempted to phone and cancel right now.

Not sure if you can still do it , but we cancelled with them ( in my name) then when we moved we signed up for the deal in the wifes name ..
Treated just like a new customer , with the reduced package etc etc0 -
They are incorrect just phone and speak to someone else and tell them the install is in place and you just need to change address.
You nor the Sky engineer have any legal right to touch the communal install any way.0 -
