I know if I went into a store and heard a manager talking to customers like that, I'd turn around and walk straight back out!

Of course, these are the ones that have not been removed and are the ones that have been left. Makes me wonder if they are leaving comments such as these so the buyer complains and the feedback removed.

I reckon they have got a damn sight more than just this - only we cannot see it. Someone with an attitude like that usually does not contain it just to feedback and it'll show in emails too.

I'd buy from them with 13 negs - I'd NOT buy from them because they are so rude. There is a difference between calling someone STFE from behind the screen and calling them a 'retard' on their feedback!!

but take a good look at the numbers on the star chart map thingy
theres about a 2000 difference against the other scores he automatically gets 5 stars due too free postage and packaging ; so 2000 disgruntled customers potentially;
:mad: what annoys me is theres accounts that hae been shut down for less; as usual with ebay ... as and when it suits them not you rules apply :eek:
the nasty replies too the neg feedback are an attempt too get the buyer too remove the comment nothing else

The customers concerned should have reported the sellers behaviour, but not many people follow feedback up!

I agree, the negs themselves wouldn't have put me off. Its something I check mainly to see if there are any issues with the product (herbs and spices), Id have happily purchased from them had they not followed them up in the way they did.

I think someone else probably hit the nail on the head when they mentioned removal, seller is perhaps extra rude in the hope the negs are taken away.

I appreciate you get idiots and people who are TSFE, but the way you respond to them defines you as a seller in my eyes. If they are so nasty publicly in feedback what on earth would happen if there was a problem with your order etc?

Good grief, calling customers oike, retard, idiot, pig ignorant and stupid is never a good idea. No matter what you think of yell at your computer screen about them, it's never good to put that down in print. I wouldn't buy from them just because of this.
