Hi all, further to my letter requesting a copy of my credit agreement with shopacheck, Lowells sent me something with an account number on and a list of missed payments, Im guessing they think this is adequate...... The phone calls and texts started up again and when I didnt answer they started to call from a personal mobile phone number. Unfortunately my DD11 answered my phone and passed it to me as the personal mobile number didnt ring any alarm bells. The guy was very pushy and informed me that I was going to have to pay the £120 owed as they had sent me what i had requested. My response to him was that they had NOT fulfilled my request as I wanted to see a copy of my credit agreement with shoppacheck not a list of supposed payments. we argued back and forth for ten mins and he informed me that he was unable to get that kind of information. so I told him that if he couldn't send me a copy of something I had signed that he wouldn't be getting any form of money from me. He got fed up of arguing the toss and hung up!!! Job done! I haven't had a phone call since....That was last Tuesday:TThriftkitten

Are the debts yours? And if so, when would you have last made a payment to them or acknowledged them in writing?Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

can anyone helpme???? I have been in contact with Lowell, I I have been paying back debts they claim I owe to them, they phoned and sent letters to me I spoke to them and just kept thinking of my credit report if I did not pay them up, as it happen I have just paid abit more of and have come across this site and am shocked to see everyone comments, by reading some off these, I am guessing I do not really have much of a case as I have been paying them as I am a bit nieve sometimes as assumed I had to pay as I want to buy a house soon and I was worried for my credit. I have put in for a request for my credit report which I will get in a few days. Is there anything I can do?
Thanks0
