Does frontline (cat) still work?

My vet said they have stopped selling Frontline and although they have seen the claims from Frontline that its suspose to work they say it does which is why I mentioned the Hampshire thing. I have tried both the perscription Frontline Comby bought from my Vet and the Pets at home one and found them both pretty useless. The vet one lasted 2 1/2 weeks the other one 2 weeks. They used to work but I wont be buying them again at least Advocate has wormer with it one less thing to buy.

Didn't work on my pets (2 cats and a dog) had to take to the vets and get something from them - can't remember what it's called. Vet said he'd seen a lot of pets recently who had been treated with frontline but still had fleas...not good
