Are you all planning to open bed and breakfasts?

I love this one, although it's not that huge and only has a couple of acres:

Absolutely love this:)"If ever there is a tomorrow when we're not together... there is something you must always remember. You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. But the most important thing is, even if we're apart... I'll always be with you. "

Am I missing something here? £45,000,000 for planning permission?!
You can build a pretty lavish 30,000 sq ft house for £200/sq ft, so say £6m in total. Maybe £10m if you go overboard. So, the build cost is trivial compared to the land cost.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

I've always loved this property since I went to value it a few years ago, it's unusual because I don't normally like new houses, much prefer traditional. My home is usually the House Buying, Renting and Selling Forum where I can be found trying to (sometimes unsucessfully) prove that not all Estate Agents are crooks. With 20 years experience of Sales/Lettings and having bought and sold many of my own properties I've usually got something to sayIgnore......check!0 -

Not sure on the red but it's different and the area is very nice.
I don't know the area but in terms of decor and design I'd pick this:

For me, I would want mostly - somewhere not too big that I could still clean myself and a bedroom each for my children, playroom, study, large garden/land, and near my son's school, space for family to come and stay
This one ticks most of the boxes for me with just a few extra's thrown in that are a bonus!
