Nope I wouldn't move either. I'm very lucky to live in a desirable little village, however I live in a little 2 bed cottage not one of the hugely expensive homes in my village. I can't afford to buy bigger in the village, but I would buy next door and knock through to make a bigger home. My kids moan about sharing a bedroom, however since I had my last daughter at home, there's no way I'm parting with my little cottage, and at least when I die my kids will have something worth a bit of money to sell, ha ha.

Is it just me or are others wondering why all these wealthy people are selling up? Is it the effects of the recession and that they can't afford them any longer or are they all shipping off somewhere where they can make some money in todays economy?

Well this wealthy owner got sold to a different football club.

Believed to be Joey Barton's former residence, it's in my search area. Not sure the garden is large or sunny enough for me if I had lottery win kind of money!!

Nice house, but wouldn't want to live in that area, too built up and too many students and just to make it seem a little less sulubrious, the Geordie Shore girls strolling up and down would lower the tone too, :rotfl:

Nah, some of those are built by developers and sold very quickly. That kind of rich is recession immune, trust me.
