Agree. The kitchen is nothing special.

It's a very expensive area and it's a bit different for the area. Individual.

Love the location and what they've done with the outside space (but not the decor......although it is tasteful, just not my taste lol !) but the lease is rather short :o

There are so many around here (South Devon) I'd be spoilt for choice and couldn't possibly narrow it down!

Would you really want to live in a mansion though?

    I don't think I would.

I know I wouldn't. I already live in a (by most people's standards) large house and there are times I wish it was smaller. What I would like is to have more land around me but then I wouldn't want to have to manage it. Oh well I'm a woman and any man will tell you we're never happy with what we have.

I would. I've always wanted to.

But thats without having lived in a big old mansion, and if I actually were to, would I like it? Would it be a bit creepy? Who knows!

    Hell yeah. :D

No, seriously, what I would look for would be a secluded location and lots of land. After that, it would be nice to have Georgian or Edwardian architecture but I could live with traditional Devon longhouse or even ultramodern. (I love Baggy House overlooking Croyde Bay). Obviously, one has to have room for one's staff though ;)
