Comet - Failed Click and Collect Reservation

Hi, I had an ink cartridge reserved at Comet. The reservation states that they'll hold the item until closing time yesterday. When we got to the store yesterday I provided the reservation number but they told us they could not find the item. (So it must have been sold even though I had it reserved). Just wondering what…
