I have been without either broadband or landline connection since the middle of November. I have sent endless emails to various sections of TT but have become totally frustrated - they do not read or answer my emails and they persist on insisting that I have a 24 month contract when I have an email from them in August stating that my contract is on a monthly role over basis. I have had so many problems with TT - this being the latest - that I have told them to close my account and cancel all billings for the period in question - but still they come back to me by email repeating the same old nonsense - the latest is that they would like to me to ring them to discuss, free of charge from my landline number when I haven't had a landline for months! And of course they persist with the contract advice even though I have referred them to and sent them copies of the email from them in August - the latest email is from the same person who confirmed in August that my account was on a monthly basis.I'm writing to TT Chairman, Ofcom and Trading Standards in this regard.

I am expecting trouble when I dump TT next week I am on a old rolling contract and I expect a long drawn out legal battle. I will report back here to let you know how I get on.
