Still no money - apparently my first form was lost an although I have filled in another form I have heard nothing. I have sent an email of complaint yesterday morning and was told I should get a reponse within 48 hours.
It is really making me rethink having an account there.Pay off all my debts before Christmas 2015 #165.0 -
Keep an eye on the situation. Nationwide are very good at losing complaints in my experience.
